Tommy Manzella who played baseball for Tulane University and Hannan High will be competing for a job with the Houston Astros professional baseball team this spring. In the June 2005 Major League Baseball draft, Manzella was selected by the Houston Astros in the third round and has played in its minor league organization since that time.
